Eurostar, Paris to Antwerp. Surprisingly comfortable. Swear the guy sitting across from me was on cocaine, sweating so much and going to the toilet every 20 minutes.
Bakermat (fabric store in Antwerp was hosting a fabric viewing) the event was in the MoMu Fashion museum so I was able to visit the current exhibition after viewing the fabrics.
Left with a few potential Italian fabric mills to pursue but overall was a bit ‘small’ and seemed more orientated toward students rather than building business relationships. Had to go and see what it was about though as it’s the reason we have relocated to Europe, to be able to visit these sort of events in person.
3 days in Belgium (2 nights in Antwerp and an afternoon in Brussels). Brussels was really cool (will re-visit). Entry number two, bear with me. I’ll start talking about the clothes soon. Xx (bisous bisous)
